What they got right and wrong

The location is fantastic for easy access to the base! ! The heater worked great and kept me cozy during my stay.

Sadly, the room was unclean and felt very outdated. I've never encountered such poor conditions before.

would not stay here again

The a/c worked fine and the microwave and refrigerator were functional. The room was supposed to be cleaned daily but was only tidied up upon request. The key cards kept failing. It was surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy road, and breakfast was available early. Not the best overall experience.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the housekeepers and the overall polite nature of the staff during my stay. The location was excellent, being close to Fort Benning, which made it easy for us to visit. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, as it could use a thorough deep cleaning throughout.

The location was pretty great, just a quick drive to the base. The fridge was a life saver, kept my drinks nice and cold!

It wasn't cheap, but for the price, I guess it was still acceptable.

Our stay for a night was underwhelming. The room felt neglected, stained bedding, a lingering odor, and an unclean bathroom soured the experience. A serious lack of communication from the staff added to our frustrations. Look elsewhere if you're seeking comfort in Columbus.

friendly staff

It was just a perfect match for a little getaway in Columbus with good price-quality ratio. The staff was really friendly, especially VJ. Make sure to check the breakfast options early.

We appreciated the convenient location near the base, which made it easy to get around during our visit. The staff was remarkably friendly and went above and beyond to help us settle in with our little baby.

My kids wished there was more cleanliness throughout the hotel. A thorough cleaning and maintenance would really make it family-friendly.
